Under the landmark rules known as the Digital Services Act (DSA), the companies, all with more than 45 million monthly active users, are required to do risk management, conduct external and independent auditing, share data with authorities and researchers and adopt a code of conduct. Sounds like government regulated speech.
I'm sure the code of conduct will prohibit any content that discusses the truth about men and women and the science of biology, Islam as a death cult, Climate Change lies and anything conservative and Christian.

It's just what they always wanted. Mark Zuckerberg himself made a pilgrimage up to D.C. in 2018 so that he could beg and gravel for more regulations. He again in 2019 wrote an article, begging and pleading the world for more regulation.
Well, it wasn't D.C. who did it but his wish has been granted. The big government freak got more government.

How many Euro companies are affected?
My employer used SAP and I have NEVER heard a pleasant word about it. Not the same number of users as Microsoft, but I think there could be an equal number of haters.
Spotify is obviously underpaying its taxes!
