Russell Williams was a sick guy but he somehow held it together as commanding officer of that Canadian Air Force base right up until the moment he was invited down to the police station for a "routine" interview.

The above link is to a 2 1/2 hour interrogation of this man by Jim Smyth of the Ontario Provincial Police's Behavioural Sciences Unit.

Lengthy video but well worth watching when you can find the time.

The interview starts friendly enough, with Russell smiling and looking relaxed. He is apparently confident about being "checked off" as being a suspect in this investigation.

At the end, he is a broken man, not only confessing his crimes but asking for maps so that he can point out where the bodies are buried.
