Remember, the passage in Matthew 19 is in response to a rabbinical debate between Hillel and Shammai as to whether one can divorce a wife for any reason, and Jesus comes down to the far-right side of Shammai, saying that the only reason is porneia, which is more than just adultery, it is using oneself as a sex object--which is why we call it pornography in the first place.

Prager does not yet practice Orthodox Judaism. As pointed out there are scriptural prohibitions, and in the Talmud and post-Talmudic code of Jewish law explicit prohibitions against gazing at anything sexually titillating or salacious. Absolutely prohibited.
He’s usually a great conservative spokesman but is way off the Jewish reservation here.

Practicing Jew? What does that mean? Prager does not practice traditional Judaism, and does not uphold traditional Jewish teaching regarding modesty and ‘guarding one’s eyes’. As pointed out earlier, he makes up his own religion.
