Yes - if you are referring to the spike protein in the Covid 'vaccines'. But Covid itself doesn't have the spike protein track record that the 'vaccines' have and I believe it's because Anthony Fauci and the NIH 'worked with" Moderna and Pfizer to 'select' the spike protein to produce, and they based their decision on the Chinese genome released in February of 2020, which cannot be the accurate genome for Covid.
The CDC, FDA, and Chinese and vaccine manufacturers all said the 'isolated virus' was not available (the form traditionally used in science) so they used China's genome which they created using a process that cannot work to produce an accurate genome for what Fauci et. al. said was a 'novel' virus. The method the Chinese used relies on pre-existing sections of similar viruses to 'patch' in any missing pieces of the genome the software helps to construct. 'Novel' viruses are defined as those so new to the human immune system that no immunity is possible. Therefore re-using sections of pre-existing viruses can't work to build an 'all new' virus genome.
The PCR 'test' didn't work/wasn't accurate because it was based on the false Chinese genome, and because the PCR technology is not a diagnostic tool to begin with - something Fauci/FDA/NIH/CDC all knew.
The 'vaccine' manufacturers had reason to know the Chinese genome could not be accurate - but they used it anyway. The spike protein in the 'vaccine' is indeed highly damaging. Cardiac deaths in the US were flat in 2020 and spiked after the release of the 'vaccine' in 2021 and continue to rise.
