I merely corrected your claim about the most corrupt nation in Europe to the actual one, Russia, and then you were off and running with childish memes.

The USA gives tax money to Ukraine, and it is wasted by their corruption.
We DO NOT give tax money to Russia, so their relative level of corruption is of no significance to the USA one way or the other. Now try and keep up… nobody cares because it doesn’t matter.
