Who cares what action, or threats of action, FEDERAL prosecutors take? Hunter would be pardoned in a heartbeat by his mafia father.
The only charges or crimes that would be effective would be by state or local prosecutors. Biden can’t pardon him for state crimes. State prisons are nasty, too, and he could be cooling his heels there for his lifetime.

I may have heard incorrectly, but I think I heard John Solomon say that HE has been investigating and reporting on Hunter Biden since 1999. It doesn’t make sense, but I’m pretty sure he did say that in an RAV interview recently.

Who cares? The Big Guy will pardon him. We want big indictments and prosecutions by about 10 states and/or local governments. PINO Joe has no authority to pardon anything except Federal crimes.

The prosecutors have listed potential charges for which adequate hard evidence can be produced in the court. There can be all sorts of charges founded on very strong allegations but lacking adequate strong evidence to convict beyond a reasonable doubt.
The way to be a successful political criminal is to leave no evidence or insure the evidence is off shore and unattainable by American prosecutors. Criminal ownership of the courts is also a valid strategy of political criminals
Note non of these charges are for influence peddling or money laundering and would not implicate the big guy. Hunter will get a slap on the wrist and could even be pardoned as Senile Joe is being carted off to a memory care unit in Delaware.

He did have a lot of duds partly because he had no background in politics. Meanwhile, Well the RINO Senators warned him off early as to who they would and would not approve.
Think a moment. What these people were hired for wasn’t politics. They were hired to carry out a function. Secretary of State, Department of Energy, Justice. These are positions that exist to carry out a function. He failed at finding people to do that. Politics should have nothing to do with it. Leadership and character do.
