Because no one is looking for them? If the videos looked like a Spielberg production, that would be the best clue they are faked.
As a professional photographer I can tell you if I’m not working, the camera and super great lenses are in the bag back in the office. And my tripod rarely comes outdoors with me.

Would a regular drone with a curved roof over it appear like a sphere? Although with a “roof” over it - would it even be able to fly? Restricting the air-flow, etc.
