Think about it for a second, China is not a stupid country with elementary grade cyber operations.
If you were going to hack the US elections, would you do it at some location in China or in multiple locations inside the US, making almost impossible to discover.
The other thing, there isn’t just one pipe between the USA and the rest of the world for internet traffic, in order to get the information Lindell has, he would have to gather information from all the pipes in order to get a complete capture.
The NSA supposedly captures every email, text message and call logs for every phone call into and out of the USA, that is an extraordinary capability that no one else has, which is why I think they would be the only organization that could gather the information Lindell claims to have, given his high profile status, if he really had that information the Feds would be all over him and confiscate the data and probably arrest him.
