I’m highly, highly skeptical of any PCAP files Mike Lindell is in possession of, if you know anything about how to capture network data and PCAP files you would know how it is practically impossible for a private citizen to obtain the type of information Lindell says he has.

This is true, but as far as I know Mike has never claimed he or another private individual captured the packets themselves. From what I heard, he hired network security experts who identified a faulty ISDN line in the Pacific that the Chinese have exploited for years. While our government showed no interest in investigating (or were complicit).

If the line in question is a true ISDN I can assure the Chinese were not using it to hack election machines

First, true ISDN circuits come in two flavors, basic rate interface (BRI) and Primary rate interface (PRI), BRI interfaces can handle 128 kb A second with two 64k channels and PRI interfaces can handle 1.544 mbs with 24 - 64kb channel

For a country trying to hack the USA that’s hard enough bandwidth to do anything
