That is their “cover story”.
To be fair most of their employees have no idea what is going on—the real secret stuff is compartmentalized and they are as ignorant as the average citizen.
They hate America and just go around causing trouble. Like our influx of illegals. CIA is a fifth column. So is the FBI.
