My immigration plan goes a step further:
No immigrant, no illegal legal immigrant should come here to collect any type of welfare. No welfare for spouse and kids also.
No Medicaid. No EBT, WIC, Section 8, No EITC.
I welcome all who come here, with or without papers, if they come here to work. Immigrants who work bring an expanding economy.
Corallary: Any immigrant who commits crime more serious than a speeding ticket (eg DUI) is shipped back and marked permanently barred.
Unrelated point. Starting 10 years in the future, no new person (citizen or non-citizen) is eligible for Medicaid based low income. Medicaid based on ABD-Aged, Blind, Disabled not affected by this change to those who qualify based on FPL Federal Poverty Level. This will be taught in every school from grade K.
