I feel the same way. I suspect this is the result of poor security allowing malicious action.

Back to original story, I won't flame the Pentagon for their response. How are you supposed to KNOW how much stuff has been copied and posted online? You're going to have to start looking at the audit logs for millions of files to see if there was unauthorized access, and someone who finds something laying around, photocopies it, and takes it out under their shirt, well, if it never surfaces, you're never going to know it happened. I'm guessing all DoD photocopiers are probably in view of a camera though.
