Is English his first language? Tucker had to summarize each prior segment, when they came back to the next segment. Anyone else have this problem, or is it just me?
Musk is not a trained public speaker. That considered, he does OK.

I’ve heard him give talks to employees at TESLA, and he speaks well loudly, to a group. But one-on-one, he speaks in a low voice, is more subdued and sometimes mumbles. JIMO.
