Batgirl was never released to the public. Actually, if they used the money appropriated for the FBI to buy Batgirl from the studio, then give the film to Lizzie, it would be a better use of the money.
CNN+ - I don’t think taxpayer money should be used to buy subscriptions for it but again they could use DOJ money to pay Chris Wallace et al. - he could go to Lizzie’s office and tell her everything she wants to hear.

I believe this version of Bat Girl features a Negress, so that's why The Squaw Woman is whipped up over it. Never miss an opportunity to pander. If the studios thought that the revenue would justify the embarrassment of releasing this turkey, it would be released.
