Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy never even watched the footage of Ashli Babbitt’s death, McCarthy admitted to Ashli Babbitt’s mother. Nevertheless, Kevin McCarthy told America that he thought Capitol Police officer Michael Byrd did his job on that fateful day by killing Babbitt. How would Kevin know if he never even watched the Babbitt death footage?
Ashli Babbitt’s mother Micki Witthoeft called NATIONAL FILE’s publisher immediately after her meeting with Kevin McCarthy. During the conversation with NATIONAL FILE, Ashli Babbitt’s mother confirmed that McCarthy told her that he had not seen the death footage. Witthoeft met with McCarthy in March at the Capitol. Witthoeft, who stages protests outside of the D.C. gulag to support the prisoners, has become a leader in the community of January 6 loved ones.

It matters because he expressed an opinion on the matter without even seeing the evidence. Good thing you don't matter either because the republic can not survive with your attitude.

If you want to go after McCarthy regarding Ashlii, do it by pointing out that he has not advocated trying Michael Byrd for murder, not for McCarthy’s failure to view a video that just shows Ashlii falling to the floor.
She met with him and didn’t have the video on her phone to compel him to watch?

You don't know she knew someone had a gun and were going to use it for the big crime of going though a window. In fact, there were cops with guns on both sides of the window. Big deal. Not long ago, the leftist burned down an occupied police station and they didn't open fire on them.

We're those with guns on the opposite side of the window unable to see none of those people were armed? In fact, the only one's with guns were the cops, some on the same side as Babbitt. No of those people had weapons in their hands.
So why open fire on an unarmed female? The shooter could have easily pushed unarmed Babbitt back through the window.

LOL. Furthest thing from it. I do have a brother that’s a local cop in Florida. That’s as close as I get to law enforcement.
There was chaos on Ashli’s side of the doors...it is just as likely that the yelling of “gun, gun, gun” caused Byrd to exit his hidey hole and cap Ashli - the coward could have taken the yelling as referring to Ashli, not himself. While he was lying in wait, he was not visible to those on Ashli’s side of the doors
Does nothing of the sort. The gun appears and shouting of “there’s a gun” happens contemporaneously with Ashli already starting to crawl through the window and that video clearly shows that Byrd waited momentarily, only hand and pistol exposed, to take a head shot. Which the murderer missed, and shot her through the throat instead. No justification at all for the use of deadly force, it was first degree murder. He had concealed himself with the intent to cap someone with malice aforethought.
