As far as I'm concerned, the conditions of surrender, at minimum, are as follows:

• Fire the VP who initiated this ad campaign, and all staff who went along with producing it.
• Force remaining staff to sign a binding agreement stating that introducing wokeness in any ad campaign in the future will result in immediate termination from the company without severance of any kind.
• Publicly denounce wokeness, and make it clear that this will NOT happen again in the future.

Until those things happen, the pressure must continue.
