AB opened their wallets bigtime for:

1. NRCC
2. Trump family
3. Joe Rogan

Would love to know what AB is spending to try to get Republicans back in line.

“Thanks to Dylan Mulvaney, we can all finally admit that Bud Light tastes like water,” as does Busch lite and many other AB brands.

“history of donating to Republicans”

This makes what they did even worse...

Principles should set priority over money or it is a sell out.

Gutless Republicans.

Nobody is surprised.

The left wants us to boycott a relative conservative company. Meanwhile, much worse companies are ignored. The MSM will never help conservatives boycott a liberal firm.

AH needs to re-evaluate their HR department and the managers who promoted the decision maker(s). They can’t fire the female employee right now, but they can review any of her decisions and slowly remove all of her responsibilities then fire her.

We aren’t just boycotting BL, but all AB brands. All of them. Does anyone want to see the list again?

Did Anheuser Busch fire the marketing VP who came up with this disatrous idea to have a transvestite promote their brand?

If not, then Don Jr's argument to lift the boycott is as weak as the beer that A-B brews.

Btw, Don Jr made a big mistake by opening his mouth here. He should stay quiet and not mind that we boycott AB products. We need to extend this to all companies promoting the DEI ideology. It is toxic and divisive and they started it. They keep pushing us until we have our backs against a wall. Well, it’s time to fight back where it will hurt them most, their wallets.

Which is why many here believe all of the talk about boycotts from the right (to include non-politicians) will fizzle out.

I don’t know why people think Rogan is a social conservative. He probably couldn’t care less about issues like this and thinks the boycott is stupid. No need to pay him to say it.

The Trumps? I guess you mis-read it. The comment in question was not made by “The Trumps”. It was made by a Trump (i.e. Don Jr.).

“Would love to know what AB is spending to try to get Republicans back in line.”

AB is owned by a European Company. If Bud Light sales don’t recover, the bosses in the Netherlands will be looking for some significant cost reductions. Many large corporations have shifted their political giving from Republican organizations to Democrat over the past two decades. Wall Street investment firms and big tech are strongly Democrat/socialist. It could be the European parent of AB dramatically reduces funding for the GOP. After all if GOP voters leave the brand, why support their political party?

Should be a quick and easy decision to remove those low level people who cost the company billions.

Only top level executives can get away with doing that.

Bud Light should be boycotted no matter what Trump Jr. Says. Yes they may give more to Republicans than Democrats. But what kind of Republicans? And why should I care. Our goal is our values. And when someone uses their advertising budget to subvert our values. We need to fight back. The money they donate to our candidates has the purpose of buying their subversion as well. When you do what Bud Light did you should be punished. We are not money based. We are value based. Giving our candidates money does not buy values.

I drink mostly craft beers, especially IPA’s. Bud Light is probably the last beer I would drink.
