How does one respond to a knighted Sir Keir who suggested that as many as one in every thousand women has a penis?
Ohhhh don't even go there. He sure didn't learn that direct unnuanced way to state a "fact" from any training he got from Stanford and I expect Stanford will be publishing an open letter rescinding and demanding he return and degrees or diplomas earned. To anyone who has attended one of our finer institutions of learning this is really embarrassing.
Even kindergartners know this...
