A conservative, Christian college has tripled its enrollment in the last decade by establishing a "new model for higher education" that makes college affordable to all socioeconomic classes, the university president told Fox News.
"When families hear that there's an affordable private Christian university in Phoenix, Arizona, it's very attractive to come and visit," Grand Canyon University president Brian Mueller said. "Core competency, we think, is to understand where the economy is going, where the jobs are going to be, how people can build great careers and how they can do it without taking on large amounts of debt."

It has a “Christian” name, but show me the goods. I’ve been fooled too many times with that sheep’s clothing.
The city of Tusson had the opportunity to sell a money losing golf course in a bad area of town to Grand Canyon University for a Tucson campus. They declined the sale because they didn’t want a Christian university in town.
Good to hear. I know that a struck balance is often the key to survival in today’s wicked society. But if a school is not being viciously attacked by the godless left on a regular basis, I have to question its bonafides.
Isn’t this false advertising? Phoenix is more than 200 miles away from the Grand Canyon. Might as well have Lake Tahoe University in San Jose.
I didn’t think Grand Canyon is a Christian college. I see their ads on TV. GCU was in the March Madness this year I think.
