He constantly makes things harder on himself, also his personal choices were awful.
And he sucked upto the media too much.
What have the done for this nation? Name a big achievement they have accomplished.
The last one to achieve any accomplishments for the Republican Party was Newt Gingrich with his Contract for America. But they couldn't even stretch that winning movement for very long, because in reality the leadership within the GOP was, and continues to be, non-existent, weak, & totally unimaginative.

Trump received a million more votes than DeSantis received, from Floridians, in Florida.
Now it's true that Ron DeSantis handily won re-election as Florida governor on November 8, 2022 by the largest margin of any Florida governor in 40 years according to Associated Press VoteCast data. But that has nothing to do with Donald John Trump.
In a head-to-head vote count with Trump, albeit in different elections, Trump trounced the DeSantis vote count, even while DeSantis rightly earned the above accomplishment.
Trump.
Making political enemies, when he could be wisely and diplomatically making critical allies.
I'll vote for whomever wins the GOP nom.
As Trump shrinks his base and gives the Dems material for ads each and every day, however, I'm part of a select group that gets smaller every day.

Comparing a governor election to a presidential election seems a bit off balance to me.
Wrong. It floods almost every time it rains here for a couple days straight. Then goes away after the rain stops.
So Ron agrees to be the heel and damage his career in order to rob the consultant class blind? That doesn’t really pass the smell test. The GOP consultant class is not going to run out of money anytime soon.
What matters is the bottom line - who’s going to win the 2024 general election? Trump or the Dem (presumably Biden)? Having Ron play the heel doesn’t improve Trump’s position in the general election in any obvious, meaningful way.
If the two of them have concocted a plan to have a fake feud, it’s not a very good plan. It accomplishes very little and probably does more harm than good.
I think what he meant to say was that Trump is the only President to get more votes than his previous election - and “lose”. If you know of any others, let me know.
