Easily over-turned by another Executive Order with the right person in the WH

Don't need another Executive Order. EO's commanding private companies and private citizens are unenforceable in court.

FDR signed an executive order banning the possession of gold, gold coins or gold certificates by private citizens. Ten years, $10,000 fine for violators. Don’t know if anyone was fined or sent to prison.
