He is an IT Tech with a military intelligence unit...that gives him exposure to the DOD “Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System” or “JWICS”. He may not be on the “distribution list” for certain intel, but could probably access it if he wanted to (”bad actor”/rule breaker).

The media may report such, but I don’t believe it. I haven’t been in the military but have family and friends who have been. They have never heard of such a low-level young National Guard member having access to such a wide range of information.

Maybe, but until the Pentagon can show how he got within their net, as a juror, I would have to vote ‘not-guilty’. … it’s a reasonable doubt kind of thing. It would be easier for me to believe that someone distributed the info through a phished account that pointed to the defendant.
