Amen to that. There’s that stinking two-tier “justice” system at work again.
That measly restitution doesn’t come close to compensating the woman’s loss. She will have to burn the clothes she gets back. Nobody in their right mind would touch those garments after that creep wore them.
Maybe she could donate them to a Museum of Nightmares and get a million dollar write-off. Or find a Museum of Trannies, Perverts and Queers that would want that display.
Much as he was probably hoping for an adventure in the men’s jail, the deal seems about right for a first offender facing two counts of what was probably petty theft.
