Florida's largest LGBTQ advocacy group issued a travel advisory on Wednesday. Equality Florida warned LGBTQ individuals against visiting or moving to the state. The advisory is an "unprecedented" response to a slate of "hateful" laws and policies in Florida, it said. Florida's largest LGBTQ advocacy organization took the rare step of issuing a travel advisory on Wednesday, warning queer individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and students against visiting and taking up residence in the state.
Equality Florida said that issuing the travel advisory was an "unprecedented" move and a response to a slate of "hateful" laws and policies signed by Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Attention alphabet gendered men and women. YOU WON’T LIKE IT IN FLORIDA. There are whole counties where nobody gives a rat’s ass about your preferred pronouns and nobody thinks you’re special because of your nonstandard sexual practices. In fact nobody cares what you do in you bedroom. Your sexual practices are for most people here in FL more boring than golf movies. So move to San Francisco if you want to enjoy being a drama queen. Or NYC or even Atlanta.
