It’s very simple. When you are a member of the U.S. military, you have a duty to not follow illegal orders.
If you are ordered to conceal crimes, your duty is to not conceal those crimes.
What is puzzling is that you bring that up in regard to this traitor.
You seem confused about not being a traitor and releasing military secrets, it is illegal.
