The right to an abortion came from a Supreme Court decision, the ending of that right kicked it back to the states.
Now, both pro and anti abortion activists will try to legislate their positions by trying to pass Federal laws.(I don’t see either side having much success.)

20 weeks? I would say that is murder. I had a child born at 29 weeks, it was in ‘75. She lived a short life, but it was meaningful to my Wife and I. My nephew has a son who just turned 18 who was born at 27+ weeks. His only physical problem is his eyes are damaged from the treatments to keep him alive.
Modern medicine has come so far, yet many still turn to how to end childrens lives they do not want.

Artificial birth control is 98% effective when used correctly. The 2% which is 50-50 at best when BC is not used correctly, is where people turn to abortion

Every innocent little preborn baby has a right to life and needs to be protected from conception forward.
