Perfect description which is why I’m much more concerned with the decline of our military than I am with the threat of foreign adversaries. From the Academy graduates to the grunts off the streets the quality of personnel has gone from bad to worse over the last 20 years. The Special Forces of course are an exception, but those units comprise a very small part of America’s global defense capabilities.
