If this is truly the case, then Trump needs to sue Bragg, everyone that works for him and New York State. That will certainly bring the issue to light prior to December’s court date and possibly increase Trump’s poll numbers.
There’s nothing prohibiting Trump in suing and filing a motion to dismiss. Based on his success in the civil suit he should then go for a defamation suit. Wage lawfare.
