Actually, I look at the maps occasionally, and my take is Ukraine is losing as Russia is riding a Learning Curve in a Modern War Engagement that has produced a host of new weapons and tactics.

This has taken more time than most observers are use to in recent military conflicts, and resulted in more informational warfare.
