Quick answer yes. But I’d expect it will also hugely impact non-stop flights to and from eastern and midwest cities to Eastern Asia (Japan, Korea, China). All those flights skirt the Kamchatka Peninsula.

Check out the Pacific winds map at Comment #14. Winds frequently blow west to east, so being at the far west end of Russia, most dust should flow to Alaska and Canada.
