I don't work in the financial aspects of the HC industry. I'm a hourly employee. Some days I'm working my ass off..somedays I am not.
If I wanted to work more...I could make $150k plus a year. During the COVID....I was offered lot's of money. But declined it..I work 3 12's a week max.
