Many colleagues are sharing their preferred pronouns in their email signatures and on the company directory. I am curious about the outcome if I were to modify my pronouns to MSgt/Sgt and require others to refer to me using my preferred pronoun.

Some companies encourage it. I kept getting reminders to put my preferred pronouns in my siggy block in my email and finally told them I didn't feel the need to and thought it was stupid, the reminders stopped..lol
