I was wondering about the December court date. I wonder how easy it would be for the judge to place Trump in psych care for observation?
Just stop! Psych care? Seriously? Trump wasn’t even arrested last Tuesday.
Could you really think these lefturds including the judge would opt for no cameras in the courtroom? After all the time and effort to indict Trump suddenly they agree to no handcuffs, no mug shot and no cameras? They settled for what? One still shot of Trump sitting at A table with his attorneys?
If you believe this you live in a state of dispended disbelief. No, what happened is that Trump never left Trump tower. His double who is shorter walked into that courthouse and sat around for a couple of hours.
There was no arrest, no handcuffs and no mugshot because you can’t arrest a sitting President. Then Trump left Trump tower for the airport in a full presidential motorcade with ambulance which former presidents don’t get much less a platoon of bodyguards that look like a bunch of operators. That’s not Secret Service.
Then to top it off Fox Snooze says the quiet part out loud reporting that this is the first time an indictment has been handed down on a former and sitting President.
Why do you think Trump constantly says “as president” in the present tense. If you !listen Trump is constantly telling you he’s the president.
This whole Alvin Bragg thing is a trap and they walked right in.
Trump will not be incarcerated. The Secret Service will not permit this. Their authority well exceeds that of some agenda-driven borough prosecutor or Barney Fife with a NYPD badge.
