Exactly correct.
I was on a flight from Bradley to DC a few years back and he sat near me in the waiting area and in the seat in front of me on the plane.
He looks frail and his eyes have the blank look of the dead.
I almost felt sorry for the creep—because a vet was sitting next to him and gave him a lecture on how the VA had messed up in his case for the entire flight.
