Yep- send in civilized, educated people to deal with violent, low IQ, welfare human trash. It will be like Child Welfare. They will find any way to avoid ghetto situations and try to find offenses to go after in nice safe working class and middle class areas.

BINGO! CPS workers won’t touch REAL child abuse with a 10 ft pole. Too dangerous and politically incorrect. MUCH easier to go after white suburban blue collar dads on the weekends spending time with their kids.
