Soviet socialism and Nazism are not the same. Nobody erects Lenin’s statues in Ukraine, except returns to places where they were previously removed for the reasons outlined previously.
Regarding de-communization, Russia was practically de-communized in 1956.
Regarding Russian tradition, they aren’t any business of the guy called Czech occidentalist, regardless of does he understand th or not. His business is to leave peacefully along and not cause troubles because Russia and Czechia aren’t in the same category.
Soviet Communism and Nazism weren’t the same (targeted groups were different), but they were equal in their monstrosity. The Soviet regime killed more people than the Nazi regime. The Nazi killings were more “industrialized”, the Soviet killings were more unpredictable.
Saying that Russia was de-Communized in 1956 is revisionist history of the worst kind. One could say it was de-Stalinized, but it surely wasn’t de-Communized.
