That was my first thought as well. However, Crowe does not have a case pending in from of Thomas at the moment so there is really no comparison.

Every time the liberals start raising stink about the behavior of a conservative, rest assured they are trying to cover their own stench for that specific activity.
So far as Clarence is concerned, they’re basically saying that the man is not allowed to have friends. This one, evidently, has been a friend for 40 years. Visiting a friend is not a gift.
