I’m pretty sure he isn’t required to present exculpatory evidence to the grand jury, or in his indictment.
He does have to provide it during discovery, but we are not at that phase yet. So it’s a bit premature to say he hasn’t disclosed it.
Your correct, he can show only what he wants to the grand jury.
