with this prosecution—the dems figure they have secured the nomination for Trump—but killed him in the general.

dems figure republicans will stand loyally behind trump but the independents suburban women etc—will flake off.

imho the dems will do exactly what they successfully did in 2020 in 2024. if trump is ahead —they’ll shut down the election in key states in key cities and spend a week or so manufacturing votes.

That worked last time. Why not a second time?

Nobody in the republican party has shown that they have an answer for this.

Dems win.

Yeh, the yapping heads on TV keep harping on this...like the economy and crime, and China, the open border just can not be factors in how people might vote.
Around election time, the Country will be in worse shape than it is now and I don't think any dem has a chance.

“Shutting down the economy” only works for Democrats if the sitting president is Republican. This time the president is a Democrat. So “shutting down the economy” would hurt Democrats in 2024.
