There was a report (unconfirmed) of tennis ball size hail, too.
A more organized line is approaching now - less tornado risk but a large overall wind threat is still out there.
Prayers for all affected.
Update at above link - five fatalities so far. :-(
We had our tornado warning from this front this morning at six am. Fortunately for us it was on radar and went into Missouri where it manifested itself into this terror. We had just a smattering of hail and wind. Prayers for those East of here. West Tennessee and North Mississippi are in the crosshairs in the next few hours.
Yes, same front / system. Different storm tho’, the tornado in MO was ~ 4 a.m. If that storm had held together it was on track for the Carbondale, IL, area, but luckily the storm spread out and lost intensity.
I saw last night it looked like a tornado was headed straight for Peoria, IL, but it broke up right before reaching the city.
Prayers up for everyone in the path of these storms
Noted. There was a very brief tornado near Murray, KY, around 90minutes(?) ago too. Looks like the storms in this region today did not produce any long track monsters, thank goodness.
Drone footage up now.

NWS is giving a preliminary estimate as a high end EF2.
Kinda weird - the Sheriff said on TV that he got a call about a tornado hitting at 2:30 am, but, the radar records clearly show a 3:30 am onset. Maybe the sheriff didn’t set his clock ahead back in March. (And his office just thought he’d been sneaking a little extra sleep for a few weeks - hahahaha.) (Joke!)
