Yeah, but it ain’t the same. When I lived in Seattle after I retired from the Army (the old Army, not the queer one we have now, I would not have been able to complete 20 years without getting courts-martialed for my mouth regarding todays junk), I saw them twice in the 1990’s. Once down at the Tacoma Dome and the second one at Key Arena in Seattle. Both damned times THEY DID NOT SING “My Home’s in Alabama”, southern born and southern bred. We were right up in front, about the 3d row. I wore my JSU (Jacksonville State University which is the town I live in here in Bama, and went two years there and Randy Owens finished college from there and is or was on some big board there). He pointed to us and that was a great laugh!! But, he still did not sing the damned song. My fave by them and of course LinSkin’s Alabama song. Country and rock songs about our most conservative and Christian state in these now UN-United States or Amerika.
Me too brother. Me too. I like rock and some country. Not all country. Not that slow drag crawl slow type. And not the hard rock country. Alabama and a couple of others, Marshal Tucker Band, are about as “hard” country I can go.
10-4.
Uh, Country music has been dead for a LONG time. At least since male singers started wearing earrings, if no much earlier.
The only country I like is old school. Don Williams and Waylon Jennings.
Who advised CMT and Kelsea Ballerini that gun control and drag queens were great topics to throw their support behind? Natalie Maines.
Oh, I watched and thought the show was stupid, the performances horrible. Going to rename the show, “The Night CW died.
