Bragg may have violated NY Penal Law § 215.70 “Unlawful Grand Jury Disclosure” which is a Class E felony, punishable by up to 4 years imprisonment.
However, this is all a thought exercise as Bragg is a member of the protected equity class.
*As usual, Tucker Carlson made yet another specious claim, this timethat unlawful grand jury disclosure is “a much bigger crime than those under which Donald Trump is being charged.
The 34 acts that Trump allegedly committed are Class E felonies and carry the same penalties as unlawful grand jury disclosure.

If he is placed under citizens arrest and resists then he may never go to prison.

How about denial of civil rights by malicious prosecution?
He should be charged in Florida, as he has deprived a Florida citizen of his freedom for no reason.

There’s no way that Bragg or any of his staff will go to jail. However, they need to be made an example of what’s wrong with the people America’s justice system. So pound away.

He should be in a small cage and poked with sticks and forced to eat the rats of NYC

If Bragg went to prison, I would die suddenly from ruptured spleen caused by uncontrollable hysterical laughter, but I would probably have better odds if I were to bet that I will win the lottery and get struck by lightening while taking a perfectly clear picture of bigfoot standing in front of a flying saucer all on the same day

Who would prosecute Bragg? Not Garland or anyone in New York.
To: Yo-Yo
The best understanding of this situation involves a distinction between the legal and the political.
The law tells us he will go to prison.
Politics tells us he won’t.
Which one do you think is more solid?

Remember, the person who would bring such an indictment is none other than “Tish” James. Forget about it.

Bragg. Democrat. No problem here.
To: Shady
Sad, but true. Bragg *should* go to prison, but our justice system is too corrupted by Democrats. Let’s hope we can fix that.

Which one do you think is more solid? Trump is being indicted in Manhattan as we speak over Trumped-up charges. (Pun intended.)
You tell me which one is more solid?

Is Disbarment of the DA a possibility? Possible but not likely as Bragg's law license is from New York. Remember that Rudy Giulianni was suspended from the practice of law in New York for making “demonstrably false and misleading statements” about the 2020 election. There is no justice to be had for conservative Republicans in NY.

Agreed! Prison? Sent there by whom? That whore Attorney General in Albany? The Big Guy's Department of Just Us? C'mon...gimme a break.
Bragg is sure to get a $20 million book deal and very possibly could be in the Senate before long.

Nor will he ever appear before congress.
The GOP doesn’t have the political will to subpoena him.
