I heard about “A program we had to start in the last couple of years due to the higher rates of miscarriage”. This was a corporate hosp meeting. The same entities that happily fired non compliant employees.
I also learned, states report unborn babies deaths differently. My guess would be due to abortions.
I was shocked to hear about this in the same meeting with … all hail the vax.
