It's OK for Bragg to leak like a sieve, but it is a crime for Donald John Trump to defend himself from those illegal leaks.

Apparently free speech doesn’t apply when you’re being railroaded by Democrats.

I would think that considering comments made outside the courtroom months before the trial would be juror misconduct. Of course, that is already assumed in this case.

"I was disturbed to hear the former president speak in the way he spoke about the District Attorney Bragg and even the trial court in the past week," Vance said Sunday on NBC News' "Meet the Press." If he were Trump's attorney, Vance said, he would tell Trump to "be mindful of not committing some other criminal offense," such as obstructing the government.A defendant's Freedom of Speech can become a "criminal offense", according to this Gobal Socialist Elitist.

I guess a-hole Vance thinks a corrupt, political DA should not be called on his corruption and politicalization of his office. But then that’s a democrat for you, they can do anything and not be help accountable or called out for it.

Former Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr., who first opened Donald Trump hush-money probe, warns comments by the former president could make jurors view the case more severely.Mr. Vance is simply wrong here. Nothing could make the New York jurors view the case more severely. He has already been found guilty by all potential jurors. If they have any doubts they will be excluded from the jury pool.

Does anyone think a NYorker that would be picked as a juror has ANY positive view of Trump to be affected by his complaints? They are all hoping they will get picked for the jury just so they can vote guilty on all counts the minute the judge starts the trial.

I believe this is the whole point.
I am currently listening to a clip from this filthy pig back when he ran against this same execrable human stain Vance, and he is “bragging” about suing Trump over a hundred times, and then the top two examples were “The Muslim Ban” and the “Separation at The Border” cases.
Wow. It is illuminating to see him lump this case in with those. Says it all.
