Not just the wealthy. Louis Rossman (Rossman Repair Group) moved to Texas because of the unfriendliness New York City treats its businesses. A recent video (2 Apr) had him showing a letter he received stating he is authorized to collect and pay NYC sales taxes, collected in Texas.
