It appears that there were multiple payments, but the last was on December 5, 2017. So I stand corrected in multiple payments but all are long barred by the misdemeanor SOL. The pdf of the indictment is embedded in this story

They were discussing it again on newsmax today- but i wasn’t paying close attention- was doing something else at the time- but i did hear them state that if they charge him one way- (Maybe as a felony?) it means 5 years SOL instead of just 2- but again- i didn’t pay much attention to it at the time- it’s all a phony charge and will backfire on the left- hopefully-
