Biden was chosen by the big boys in 2020 for two tasks:

1. Defeat the radical wing (Bernie Sanders) in the primary.
2. Defeat Donald Trump in the general election.

Biden used his name recognition (plus a healthy dose of cheating) to get the job done. Since then he’s been reliably pliable. And no one in the media is holding him accountable. So why not a repeat?

A repeat would be further along into his mentaland physical decline and he would not be able to make any public appearances of speeches at all. The press and his string pullers will not be able to blow it off any longer.
