No judge will rule that at areignment. These are the charges how do you plead. There are only two answers. This AH judge better get on to setting a PR bail and liberal travel. Set a date for preliminary motions etc.

How can Bragg indict a person and that person does not have access to the indictment. A judge told Bragg to show it and he refused.
