Back in the 1960s we had a man in the military who hitchhiked home quite often. He said he was often picked up by queers and he made it clear he was not interested in what they wanted.
Once that was established he had some interesting talks with the driver about their homo lifestyle
One thing he always asked was “Why are you are not interested in women?”
They would answer back that to them a woman was nothing. “Nothing more than another piece of furniture to be shoved out of the way.”
He finally bought a car to get around in.
I had one go off and describe in detail the violent , evil and unthinkable acts he wanted to do on the woman who basically made a leadership decision he disagreed with.
Part of me was sad that I could not reach him before he took his life, the other part of me is glad this evil is not at my workplace.
It was darker than any fiction I have read.
