I thought “Constitutional carry” means open carry. At least that what it means in other states.
Yep. All I can say about that is the law is incomplete.
In Alabama we had the right to Open Carry but only recently did the state say it ok to conceal carry (by passing Constitutional Carry). We couldn’t carry a handgun in the car (up front) with us, but could carry a gun only if it was locked in the trunk is a locked box with the ammo locked in a separate box (out of arm’s reach). Why? Because the Sheriff’s like making you rent your God Given rights with gun permits. It was all messed up basically.
